Pizza Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 C. Oil
- 1 Sm. Can Tomato Sauce
- 5 Green Onions Chopped
- 1/2 Green Pepper Chopped
- 1 Sm. Jar Sliced Olives
- 1 Clove Garlic Minced
Instructions
- Mix all together well and chill.
- Spread on burger buns or English muffins; place in 350°F oven until melts and bubbles.
- We like to use Mozzarella and Cheddar 1/2 in half - might not need all the oil.
- Can add Pizza flavoring herbs - Oregano and basil
