Fry onion and chicken pieces together until the chicken is cooked through.
Add: cream, milk, frozen peas, salt, pepper and curry or massaman curry powder.
Cook together till thickened slightly (or thicken with cornstarch).
Drain potatoes and gently stir in.
Serve over steamed rice with plain yogurt, if desired.
Garnish with unsalted, roasted peanuts.
