Dust chicken in flour, brown lightly in oil.
Cool on paper towels.
Pour cream in large baking dish.
Add garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Add chicken and stir.
Marinate at least 2-3 hours.
Cover in the refrigerator.
Best if marinated overnight.
Bake 325 degrees uncovered for at least an hour.
Stir every 15 minutes.
May be reheated, but slowly.
Good served with Uncle Ben’s long grain and wild rice mixture, with creamy sauce spooned over this.
