Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce
or homemade alfredo sauce

C.
Mozzarella Cheese
Grated
1/4
C.
Red Onion
Thinly Sliced

oz.
Vine Ripened Red Tomatoes
Chopped

oz.
Vine Ripened Yellow Tomatoes
Chopped
Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Grated
Fresh Basil
Finally Chopped
Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Spread creamy gorgonzola sauce evenly over dough.
Top with mozzarella and red onions.
Bake in 550° F. deck oven until crust is crisp and golden.
After baking top with chopped tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese, then mist with balsamic vinegar.
