Frozen Peas

Heavy Cream

Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Grated

Romano Cheese
Freshly Grated
Pasta
or zoodles
Instructions
Sauté, then set aside, a selection of chopped vegetables: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Red Peppers, Zucchini, Red Onion, Mushrooms, Carrots.
Gently cook frozen peas until barely tender. Set aside.
Cook tricolored Rotini pasta
or zoodles
with plenty of salt till al dente.
Crumble some good Gorgonzola cheese; set aside.
Make an Alfredo Sauce:
-Melt butter, add cream and stir constantly while simmering to reduce; slowly add cheeses, stirring constantly to blend in smoothly.
Assemble: Into hot bowls, layer:
Hot Pasta
Vegetables
Peas
Alfredo Sauce
Crumbled Gorgonzola
Craisins
Toasted Nuts - optional
