Butter
Minced Garlic

Flour

C.
Heavy Cream
1/2
C.
Strong Chicken Stock
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Black and White Pepper
Fresh Basil
chopped
Instructions
Melt butter, lightly brown the garlic. Add the flour and stir while cooking for 1 minute.
Add cream and chicken stock and simmer, stirring constantly to make and keep smooth and silky.
Add cheese and seasonings to taste, stirring well after each addition.
Heat gently till hot.
Serve over pasta or as a sauce for pizza.
