Sauté together: chicken, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, taco seasoning, cumin and garlic, until tender.
When veggies (and chicken, if using) are cook and tender.
Add: pepper jack, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
Mix together in pan and heat until warm through.
Serve with flour tortillas.
We like to serve this with a side of Spanish rice.
