Ingredients

6-7 oz.
Filets of Salmon
3-4
tbsp
Olive Oil
1
lemon
Juiced
Salt & Pepper
to Taste
Italian Parsley
to garnish
Instructions
Place salmon filets in a baking dish linked with foil (to make clean up easier) skin side down, it’s ok if they don’t have the skin on.
Rub the rest of the ingredients into the fish.
I like to add a few halved lemons in the dish as well as some crushed cloves of garlic.
Bake in preheated oven at 500° for 4-5 minutes.
You’ll know it’s done when fish easily flakes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately. It’s nice to serve the fish with a rice dish.
