Ingredients

Salmon

Lemon
or lime juice

Dry White Wine
or red wine

Tbsp.
Soy Sauce
1 1/2
tsp.
Sesame Oil

Tbsp.
Olive Oil

Tbsp.
Fresh Ginger
peeled & minced

Tbsp.
Garlic
minced

Tbsp.
Brown Sugar

tsp.
Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Mix all liquid ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinate salmon for from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Cover in baking dish in refrigerator.
When ready to cook, cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes for each 1 inch of salmon’s thickness.
Serve over Basmati rice cooked with chicken stock.
May add sautéed mushrooms, celery, green onions, parsley and/or cilantro - all optional.
Garnishes: 1/4 c. chopped scallions (white parts only) or green onions small amount of dill toasted sesame seeds.
