Cooked Rice

Eggs

Sharp Cheese
grated

C.
Milk
16
oz.
Spinach
Frozen and thawed - Chopped

tbsp.
Onion
Chopped
1 1/2
tsp.
Soy Sauce
1/2
tsp.
Salt
1/4
tsp.
Thyme
1/4
tsp.
Rosemary
1/4
tsp.
Marjoram
Sauce Ingredients:
Equal parts Butter and Flour for roux
Milk
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Hot Sauce
we like Franks Red Hot Sauce
Instructions
Cook spinach and drain well.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9”x13” greased casserole.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve hot with a cheese sauce.
To make sauce: make a roux. Cook for 1 minute to cook out the raw flour flavor.
Slowly add milk to make a smooth thick sauce.
Once all the milk is incorporated, slowly add cheese.
When cheese is melted, add hot sauce to taste.
A family favorite for sure! We like to serve it with a side of sweet coleslaw.
