Eggs
beaten

C.
Cottage Cheese
Small Curd
2
C.
Special K
or Rice Krispies Cereal -
Crushed
3/4
C.
Pecans
and/or Walnuts
- Chopped
1
tsp.
Onion Powder
1
Tbsp.
Parsley
optional
2 1/2
packages
George Washington Broth
any flavor
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
Fry until browned.
Place in greased 9”x9” casserole dish with gravy or mushroom soup with sour cream.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
Makes about 18 small patties.
