Jack Cheese
grated

Cheddar Cheese

Eggs
separated

Tbsp
Flour

12oz. Can
Evaporated Milk
Instructions
Grease 9x13” pan. Layer 1) chilis, 2) cheese, 3) chilis.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add flour and salt. Beat yolks, milk and fold into egg whites.
Pour over cheese and chilis.
Bake 350° F. for 35 minutes or until golden and set.
