Pastry for Two-Crust Pie

Almond Extract

Cinnamon
optional

Sour Pie Cherries
Fresh
Instructions
Line 9” pie pan with bottom crust. Mix remaining ingredients together gently, then spread in crust; add top crust, cutting air vents.
Bake at 425°F until crust is nicely browned and juice begins to bubble through vents, about 35-45 minutes.
Serve slightly warm, not hot.
