Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well with hands or rubber spatulas.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wet hands (or use an ice cream scoop) and make small piles of the mixture,
each 1 to 2 Tbsp, about an inch apart.
Bake at350°F. until lightly brown, about 15 minutes.
Cool on rack for at least 30 minutes before eating.
Keeps well in a covered container for up to 3 days.
