Melt carob chips in double boiler.
When melted, add creamy peanut butter.
Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
Pour 1/2 into a sprayed casserole dish; cool in refrigerator.
When fudge is firm, spread crunchy peanut butter over top, then pour
remaining carob mix over the top.
Hide in refrigerator or freezer. Yummmm ...
Recipe doubles well.
May also just mix everything together and pour into pan, instead of doing the layering.
*May use chocolate chips instead of carob chips for a non-vegan version.
