Makes about 8-10 5” pancakes.
Ingredients

C.
Flour
1/4
C.
Sugar
1
heaping tsp
Baking Powder
1
tsp
Baking Soda
1/4
tsp
Salt
1
Egg
1 1/2
C.
Buttermilk
1/4
C.
Oil
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a second bowl, mix together the liquids, then gently stir the two mixes together.
Fry on a hot oiled griddle.
