Mix: Grapenuts Cereal, Whole Wheat Flour, Old-Fashioned Oats, Wheat Germ, Coconut, Sunflower Seeds, Slivered Almonds and Sesame Seeds together well.
Then add a mix of: Salt, Vanilla, Brown Sugar, Oil, Hot Water and Cinnamon.
Toss all together well until thoroughly homogenous.
Put on trays and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir the mix well, breaking up larger
chunks and rotate pans. Reduce heat to 160 degrees for 20 minutes more.
