Line a 9”x13” baking pan or round tart pan with removable bottom with parchment to prevent sticking and ease in removal.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large saucepan, gently heat: Butter, sugar, golden syrup.
Stir until sugar is melted.
Add:
Flour, quick oats, salt and seeds.
Stir all to combine.
Spread in baking pan without pressing too firmly.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden and slightly darker at the edges.
Cut while still hot, then leave to cool in the pan before eating.
