Preheat oven to 350°
Spray a glass 9x13in baking dish with non-stick pray.
Into prepared dish, add: rhubarb, raspberry jello, sugar and water.
Mix slighty.
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the above mix. Do not mix.
Place Butter pads over the dry mix.
Bake in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
