Apple Barn Fresh Apple Pound Cake

Baking Soda

Salt

Nutural Oil

Cups
Sugar

Large
Eggs
Room Temp

Vanilla

Chopped Peacans
Optional

Apples
We use Fuji Apples - Finely Chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°
Grease a large Bunt Pan.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
In a seperate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Combine wet and dry mixtures then fold in nuts and apples.
Bake 1hr 20min or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan, covered for 10 minutes.
Turn cake out onto a cooling rack and let cool completely. Cake will drop from pan as it cools.
Top with
Brown Sugar Drizzle
if desired.
