Ingredients

Egg whites
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2
tsp.
Cream
2
Tbsp.
Finely shredded Romano and Parmesan
Instructions
Beat all ingredients together.
Pour into ungreased ceramic ramekins, sprinkle with about another 1/2 tsp cream.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until firm and well puffed.
