Ingredients
Sauté the fallowing in olive oil about 2 Tbsp. olive oil

onion
chopped

stalks
celery
chopped

clove
garlic
chopped
Then add:
1
carton
chicken broth
2
cans
tomatoes
can add tomato juice or tomato sauce I use tomato juice
2
cans
white beans / northern beans
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
basil
to taste
marjoram
to taste
thyme
to taste
Instructions
can add red pepper Before serving.
add chopped basil and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each bowl.
Serve with hardy bread or rolls.
