Evaporated Milk

milk

Granulated Sugar

Vanilla Extract

tsp.
Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
Soak rice in the water for at least 4 hours, up to over night.
Discard rice and add rice water to a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and mix to combine.
Serve chilled over ice.
